Happy November! I hope this month brings you nothing but the best ๐.
I am so proud of our phenomenal ones. They are thriving and love learning. We are a small group but a mighty one. We will continue to move forward on our learning path. Our one year olds are loving circle time and learning colors, shapes, letters and counting. Singing nursery rhymes and listening to stories are things we love as well. We are also learning the parts of the body and about animals and their homes.
Our 3 yr old is learn recognizing sight words, sounding out words ( phonemic awareness) identifying rhyming words, learning about the body (outside and inside),. We are becoming more aware of our selves and our family, learning our addresses and about our community, fire safety and safety in general. In addition we are learning about animals and about the fall season and its festivities.
We are all building vocabulary.
Our Math skills include number sense, position words, patterns, addition and subtraction, the calendar and telling time.
Everyone is blossoming and coming into their own. It is a great joy working with them and observing their development. It's a great pleasure seeing them grow everyday!
